The Pioneer DJ DM-40D 4-inch monitors produce high quality sound for DJing and production.

The DM Series speakers produce powerful, high-quality sound, whilst the 2-way sound mode makes them ideal for a variety of purposes. Whether you want to play DJ sets or make your own music at home, or regularly switch between the two, these speakers offer the perfect sound. Want to make some tracks to drop into your next DJ set? Simply flick the switch on the speaker to change from DJ mode to Production mode and the DSP settings will automatically adjust to create the best sound for each application.

Advanced design for higher quality sound
Each DM Series speaker includes a Class D amplifier with 96 kHz sampling DSP to produce pure, balanced bass sound. You can also enjoy a wide sweet spot and 3D stereo sound wherever you are in the room thanks to the DECO convex diffusers, which have an advanced design compared to the original DM-40 speakers and help deliver crystal-clear high frequencies in every direction. When you need to turn up the volume, the woofer creates extra power and it’s perfectly aligned with the tweeter so you’ll hear all sound frequencies clearly. The grooves on the ducts same as DM-40 reduce air friction so that bass is tight and punchy, even if you position the speakers against a wall. Plus, the curved front edges provide maximum rigidity and minimum resonance for clean audio at any volume level.

2-way sound mode optimized for DJing and music production
There’s no need to decide whether you want a set of monitors that are best for DJing or making music, because the DM Series speakers are perfect for both. Just flip the switch to choose either DJ mode or Production mode and the DSP settings will be optimized for the task, leaving you free to concentrate on your mix.

Easy to use with different DJ or production equipment
With RCA and mini jack terminals you can connect different kinds of gear such as DJ controllers and mixers, ,the laptop or built-in soundcard you use for producing your own music. Connecting and disconnecting your headphones is simple via the socket on the front panel, and there’s no need to reach around the back of the speakers to adjust the volume because the level knob is also right in front of you.

In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

Warranty

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
