DJ Media Players

In recent years, the DJ Media Player has seen significant technological advancement. Pioneer DJ remains the industry standard, while long time challenger Denon DJ has driven innovation with the introduction of the Engine DJ OS driven Prime dj media players. 

Both tabletop and twin cd players have gradually been phased out, removing the option of optical drives by the end of 2023. As we move into 2024, the CDJ-3000 remains a favourite in DJ booths across both clubland and on festival stages.  Denon DJ's SC6000 and SC6000M will read both Engine DJ OS and Rekordbox formatted USB keys, while the CDJ-3000, XDJ-1000MK2 and the XDJ-700 will all read Rekordbox formatted drives.
