The Mackie Thump GO is a portable battery-powered loudspeaker that gives you the powerful punch of the Thump series in a portable package that makes no compromises. The ideal sound reinforcement to small concerts, corporate events, assemblies, weddings, parties and more. Mackie Thump GO puts powerful sound processing and wireless control in your hands, whether you’re holding a guitar, wired or wireless microphone or DJ controller.

Connect any combination of audio sources, including guitar, microphone, keyboard, or DJ mixer. Thump GO’s built-in 2-channel mixer has two combo input jacks for easy plug-and-play. Paired with the Thump Connect 2 app, you can dial in your sound and let creativity do the rest. The removable lithium-ion battery pack is key to Thump GO’s ultra-portable design. With a single charge, Thump GO can deliver signature “thump” and clarity for 12 hours. Pair a second rechargeable battery for extra long gigs.

Thump GO has some pretty powerful audio processing under the hood that you can use to step up your game. Choose from four different application-specific voicing modes to optimize your sound with the push of a button. DJs will especially love this one. Thump GO has an integrated Music Ducking Mode that attenuates the volume level of channel 2 whenever a signal is received on channel 1. Now you can make big announcements like, “Hear how great I sound” without messing with your gain levels on the mixer or your equipment.

If we really wanted to get rid of feedback, we’d have to rewrite the laws of acoustics, which sounds like an uphill battle, to say the least. Instead, we gave Thump GO a Feedback Eliminator to get rid of that unwanted squeal. Just hit the button and say goodbye to awkward speeches (at least the ear piercing part).

No DJ equipment? No problem! Easily stream music directly to your Thump GO via Bluetooth. Using the Thump Connect 2 app, you can adjust anything from EQ and Voicing Modes to channel levels and custom presets—all from the center of the dancefloor.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
