Pioneer DJ DDJ-800 rekordbox dj controller bundled with dedicated Swan Flight Case.

The new Pioneer DJ DDJ-800 is a compact 2-channel DJ controller for rekordbox DJ. The DDJ-800 is designed to make the most of the new features from the latest version of rekordbox ver.5.5.0. The controller inherits the layout design of the popular DDJ-1000, packing a load of performance features into a compact, lighter body.

The DDJ-800 controller includes the brand new Feedback Reducer feature in rekordbox DJ, which automatically reduces the "howling" when the microphone feeds back. The DJ controller also features Color On Jog Display, giving you all the information you need for professional performances right in the center of each jog wheel. The DDJ-800 comes with a bundled license key for rekordbox dj.

In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

Warranty

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
