Hercules have released their very first DJ controller designed for smartphones to help to mix, create mash-ups and scratch. The Hercules DJControl Mix slips into a backpack to go anywhere. Unleash your creativity, hit the top trending videos, or become the pop-up DJ at a small gathering house party. The DJControl Mix is powered by an external battery or USB power supply, and connects to the free Algoriddim djay app using Bluetooth Low Energy. It’s easy to mix anytime, anywhere!

SMARTPHONE
Android or iOS Smartphone. Designed for Algoriddim djay: the DJ app for mixing on a smartphone or tablet.
Easy wireless connection via Bluetooth.

STREAMING
Mix using music streaming services. DJControl Mix lets you mix music tracks stored on your smartphone or tablet, or using one of the music streaming services: SoundCloud and TIDAL.

MASHUPS
Customize your mix and produce your first mashups with effects, Hot Cues and samples. Easily create great transitions using the volume and filter/bass knobs, the crossfader…

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

Warranty

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
