You can pay online using the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Mastercard or American Express (Paypal Only).
You have the choice of using our West End DJ shopping basket , Google Checkout or Paypal.
What's the difference?...
Paying via West End DJ's cart
If you choose to check out using our own basket, you create a user account and enter your card details on line (on our secure server) for every purchase. We use Barclays EPDQ which is a secure card proccessing system where we will never see your card details.
Once you've placed the order, you will get a reference number and be able to track the status of your order through your user account as well as update your details and view previous orders.
Payment via Paypal
You can go through to the Paypal payment page where you can login to your existing Paypal account and use existing funds or payment method. If you don't have a Paypal you can just sign up straight away and use any type of card to pay. Note that we will only ship to verified Paypal addresses. You can still log in to your westendDJ account to check the status of your order.
Paying via Google Checkout
If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one here. When you sign up with Google you enter your card details once only and you can then shop easily on thousands of sites using just a username and password.
Once you've clicked on the Google Checkout button you will leave the West End DJ site and go through to Google Checkout where you can complete the order.
Using this process, we never see your card details, you are charged by Google. You will be kept up to date by email through every step of the order, you can also log in to your Google account to check order progress and history.
With either method, your card is only charged once the items are ready to ship.
For Your Security
When using our EPDQ checkout, you will be asked for a verified by visa or mastercard secure code. This is a special password exclusive to you and your card.
If you have not already signed up for this service with your card issuer, you should be asked to do so on the payment page.
Note, this is done through the EPDQ system and your bank, we never see this password. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if this authentication does not succeed.
We ask you to create an account and log in simply to make your order process easier. We save your address and fill it in automatically so you don't have to do it every time you place an order.
For security reasons we don't save your payment details, that's why you need to fill those in for each order you place.
Our basket and order process is secured with an SSL encryption from VeriSign. You'll notice the URL of all the order process pages start with "https" instead of just "http", this means the page is encrypted.
