Are all the products on this site in your stores?
Our website is currently expanding at such a rate that we may not always have all the items on line in our store. If you are planning to make a special journey to us, please call to make sure we have what you want.
When will i get my order?
On every product you'll see whether the item is in stock or what the estimated delivery time is, these times are based on there being no problems with your order.
Most order placed before 4pm will be with you the next working day.
Are my card details safe?
Yes! Our systems dispose of your card details once we have processed your order.
We also use a secure server when you give your card details to us on line, you will notice a padlock in the corner of your browser window as well as the address in the address bar changing to begin with 'https://...'
If at any point you are unsure about ordering on line or if you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to take your details over the phone and answer any questions you may have.
I haven't received an Email confirmation of my order.
Our system sends a generated email to confirm your order has been placed, every time. We will also email you when the status of your order changes.
If you cannot see an email from us, check your junk mail box and set any junk mail filters to accept mail from 'westenddj.co.uk'.
If you have definately don't have a confirmation email from us, or you haven't received a confirmation of despatch, then there may have been a problem with your order and if you haven't heard from us already you should contact us.
You can always check your order status on line by logging into your account.
Do you offer finance?
We currently offer finance in store and on line.
On some purchases we can even offer interest free finance.
You email us at email@example.com for a quote or pop in to one of our branches.
I've found a product cheaper.
We are confident that we are always competitively priced, however, on the odd occasion a competitor may offer a lower price on a product. If you find an item cheaper, click on the 'found it cheaper?' button on the product and fill in the details. We will then get back to you with a response.
All we ask is that the store or website offering the lower price is an authorised dealer for that brand and is based in the UK with the products being 'like for like'. We will also take into account any delivery charges.
I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
If you purchase on line, you have 14 days in which to return your items. This does not cover earphones and headphones, vocal microphones, opened software, opened cartridges or stylus and any item ordered or made specially for you.
